In the heart of Chula Vista and walking distance to gardens and parks. Lots of places to visit, such as restaurants and eateries walking distance to the hotel. Lots of food in the venue, beach restaurant.

Quirky, lovely family run property. Contemporary rooms with a very good mattress, magnificent location. Absolutely fantastic and great breakfast with variety of outstanding food. Good service at the courtyard! Everything great.

Had good sleep at the suite with bed and bathroom. The hotel had a central location close to popular tourist attractions.

All in all they offer good service. Make sure you stay in the suite with bathroom, great bed and a touch of elegance. The hotel offers plenty of food that was outstanding!

I had a delightful stay at this charming hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect, close to the trolley station and in the historic 3rd Avenue district. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice and clean bed. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's vintage art deco architecture added to its unique charm.

Location: the hotel was right by the tramway, outlet, mall, restaurants and California and a lot of restaurants. Provided breakfast was incredible and great with good coffee and plentiful fresh fruit, as example, exceeded our expectations. The daily service was good. The overall experience was really nice, liked our stay very much and will be back.

I found the hotel's location excellent, just next door to interesting restaurants and all the attractions, the price, the cleanliness and the park and a lot of restaurants. It also was in the historic 3rd Avenue district of Chula Vista.

the location was great and absolutely perfect, the staff was exceptionally nice. the airport was an 18-minute drive from the property.

The staff is very, very nice and pleasant, and the owner too. The hotel is on a great location so close to downtown area as well as good restaurants. Also, we greatly enjoyed how close it is to Third Avenue Village Association.
